Mr. Perez has over 25 years of extensive experience in Transportation and Building related projects, including Airports, Mass Transit and Highway Bridges.  His experience includes structural design and construction of buildings and bridges that include concrete segmental bridges, prestressed AASHTO girder bridges, steel plate girders, and steel box girder bridges.  Mr. Perez is a partner in Bolton, Perez & Associates (BPA) and is Director of Engineering. In this capacity he serves as Project Manager and Senior Structural Engineer responsible for the firm’s engineering projects.
