Bolton, Perez & Associates
was responsible for the
design and contract documents for the
Flagship Cinema in Homestead, Florida. This
35,000 SF building facility incorporates 14
stadium seating theaters.
The building structure is 30
feet in height and composed of 12”
reinforced masonry walls along the perimeter
supporting a steel roof joist system. The
interior steel frame supports the roof and a
mezzanine level for the projector rooms /
storage and consists of joist girders
supported on steel columns.
